Everyone has habits, whether they're good or bad we've all got them.
Here are some common habits:
Sleeping with make-up on
I am happy to say I don't have any of these habits :)
Ok, occasionally I'll sleep with my make-up on if I'm a little too drunk to remember to take it off. I usually find myself sleeping in my clothes on those occasions too!
I do have a few little habits:
I talk too fast
I talk too much
I don't get enough sleep
I take too long getting ready
I check my emails and social networking sites about 100 times a day
But THE worst habit that I really wish I didn't have is that I worry too much. When I say worry I mean I WORRY!!!
I worry I'll be late for things so I'll arrive half an hour early
I worry about getting old
I worry about where I'll be in the next 5,10,15,20 (you get the picture) years
I worry about what to eat
I worry about what not to eat
I worry about just about everything that there is to worry about.
To put it blankly, if there's something to worry about you can guarantee I'll be worrying
