Day 27- Why are you doing this 30 day challenge

The reason why I decided to embark on what has become a mammoth 30 Day Blogger Challenge, was so that you, my lovely followers, could be given a chance to get to know me a little better.

It's taken longer than I wanted it to because lazy days and wonderful weekends have been dragging me away from the computer, but I hope it's been entertaining and enlightening nevertheless.

There's still a few more days to go, so I hope you'll stick with me :)

Day 25- What I would find in your bag

A woman's bag is very private so I hope you feel privileged to be let in on the secret.

So what would you find in my bag?

Well today I have a job interview, so my bag is looking a little different to usual.

I have the usual items:

Make up
Phone
Umbrella
Keys
Lip balm
Purse
Diary
Glasses
Water
Chewing gum

And the not so usual:

Countless notes to refer to in said interview
Nerves (You know 'Bag full of Nerves')


Usually I'd have a good book in my bag to stick my nose into when travelling on public transport, but the only book that travels with me now is Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. I must must must learn my lines...

And there you have it, the big secret as to what goes in that bag.

Day 23 - Something you crave for a lot

I sometimes have really bad cravings for fizzy drinks. I don't really know why though because I don't actually like them, but when I want one... I Want One!

Fizzy drinks make me more thirsty, hurt my throat and make my teeth feel fluffy... I actually prefer fizzy drinks when they're flat :s

Why do I drink them???

I'm not really sure, but I crave them so bad!

Day 19 - Nicknames you have; why do you have them

Nicknames are funny things, some can be pretty self explanatory and others can be... just plain weird!

Here are a few of mine:

Poogle - An affectionate nickname used by my Dad. Although this nickname isn't just mine, he calls my two Sisters this too.

Slug - A mean nickname used by my Dad.

Gladys - My mum calls me this, I'm not entirely sure why, but it is always used in a loving manner.

Lou - A name most of my family members call me because my middle name is Louise.

Larry the lamb - A nickname used mainly by my Sisters. I used to like sheep a lot and I guess you can get Larry from Laura.

Coxy - A nickname used by friends because my second name is Cox.

See I told you, normal and not so normal :)

Do any of you guys have nickname? I'd love to hear some of them.

Day 18- Plans/dreams/goals you have

Hey!

Now I have an excuse for being late with this one, Blogger has been on the blink :'( I found it very distressing! But it's back on and we're up to Day 18.

Now I could take this one down the career route but I'm not going to, I do enough moaning on here about my career, so instead I'm going to think of it in a different (less moaning) way

I plan to learn the lines for the play that I'm in... like yesterday!

I dreamt that Steve McFadden aka Phil Mitchell from Eastenders was trying to kill me last night!

I also dreamt that The Boy was a dwarf!

(Too much cheese before bedtime I think)

My goal is to lose weight, lots and lots of weight :)

Day 17- Someone you would want to switch lives with for one day and why

Hello!

I'm back from a little break and once again I'm behind on this 30 day challenge,which I think is actually going to take me about 60 days to complete.

So here we are at day 17 (or day 25 if you prefer :p) Who would I want to change lives with???

Right now? No one at all.

I turned 22 on Tuesday (Happy birthday to me, Happy birthday to me....) and as much as I'm terrified of getting older and I'm worried about what's going to become of my life, at least I have a life :) I'm happy, I'm healthy, I don't have a job yet but it's only a matter of time (I can feel it). I'm acting again, I'm playing a woman who dresses up as a man, but I'm going to have the biggest willy so it's ok!

I received two rejection emails on my birthday. One from a job and one from a poetry magazine. Normally this would have probably ruined my day, but what's the point? You just have to try try and try again.

It's not all bad news anyway, I decided to enter the new Euro Millions Lottery draw on Tuesday. I thought 'A new draw that just so happens to be on my birthday? Surely I'm on to a winner?' And I was! I won a grand total of £6.90! Hey! Every little helps.

So there you go, I wouldn't want to change lives with anyone, but I suppose if I really had to pick someone...

Come on she's a Princess for gods sake, that definitely beats my £6.90!
